The 2012 WI Sport Show hosted over 100 exhibitors who provided many fabulous products and services.
Unfortunately, we are aware that one of the travel booths that was taking prize registrations is now calling all of those who registered claiming they have won prizes and asking for a credit card number to cover the sales tax for these prize vacations.
While we cannot confirm this is a scam, the WI Sport Show does not recommend anyone ever giving their credit card, or other financial information, out over the phone.
If it sounds too good to be true – it probably is.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing, the WI Sport Show does not sell our door prize registrant names, all prizes we award are sent to you directly by mail with no costs incurred by the winners. |
